ASI has been fulfilling the dream of flight since 1958. The Aviation Sales Inc. (ASI) Flight Academy specializes in all types of flight training - from personal flying to professional flying.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, airline pilot jobs are expected to increase by 12% from now to 2018 due to increased air travel worldwide and retiring employees. Now is the time to begin your flight training to meet the job demands of the future.
Recognized by the Federal Aviation Administration, the ASI Flight Academy provides flight training in both Part 61 and 141 through our unique partnership with Sinclair Community College. Our Certified Flight Instructors provide ground instruction as well as flight instruction. Degree and non-degree options are available to students in our professional pilot training program. In addition, multi-engine flight time building programs are available to meet airline hiring requirements.
Flight training can be accomplished at our facility at the Dayton Wright Brothers Airport in Miamisburg, Ohio or at our northern facility at the Dayton International Airport in Dayton, Ohio.

Introductory Flights
Take an introductory flight on any of our airplanes, typically lasting about a half hour. You will get a guided tour of the airplane and its controls, before taking off for a short flight around the airport and surrounding areas. You will have the opportunity to fly the airplane yourself, under the watchful eye of one of our experienced flight instructors. .
Ongoing Training
Aviation Sales Inc., also offers ongoing flight training for higher level ratings: Commercial Pilot, CFI, CFII, Multi Engine, MEI and ATP. We also perform flight reviews, instrument proficiency checks, FAA Wings program training, whether in our airplanes or yours. Please contact us for details.
